Imply, a company that provides a database for analytics apps, has raised $100 million in Series D financing. The investment was led by Thoma Bravo, with participation from Omers Growth Equity. Existing investors Bessemer Venture Funds, Andreessen Horowitz, and Khosla Ventures also participated in the financing.
Imply has raised $215 million to date. In a statement, the company said its latest financing pegs Imply at a $1.1 billion price tag.
