IBM has started an orderly wind-down of its business in Russia, says the company. This follows the announcement by IBM chief executive Arvind Krishna to suspend business operations in Russia in March.

“We see this move as both right and necessary, and a natural next step following our business suspension,” Mr. Krishna said in a statement.
