HP Launches Its First Full Color Inkjet Web Press

HP demonstrated its first full-color HP Inkjet Web Press. This press operates at a speed of 244 meters (800 feet) per minute, 33 percent faster than existing models, says HP. HP has also signed agreements with more than 70 print service providers (PSPs) for the new HP Indigo 5600 and 7600 Digital Presses, says the company.

The first beta installations for the HP Indigo 10000 will be made in late 2012, with commercial availability scheduled for early next year, says HP.
