HCL Technologies has signed a definitive agreement for the acquisition of Confinale, a Switzerland-based digital banking and wealth management consulting company and Avaloq premium implementation partner.

Avaloq is a Swiss company that provides software for banking.

The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions, HCL said in a statement.
