HCL Technologies has opened an European Cybersecurity Fusion Center (CSFC) in Gothenburg, Sweden; the first such center in Europe for the company.

HCL’s CSFC is a security operations and response facility, integrating multi-domain security teams, processes and analytics,  the company said in a statement.

Powered by HCL’s Dynamic Cybersecurity Framework, the CSFC has the capability to analyze millions of events per second, according to the company. The CSFC is also expected to help European organizations comply with local data sovereignty regulations, says HCL.

This CSFC monitors IT, Internet of Things, Industrial Internet of Things and factory operational technology environments, according to HCL.

HCL currently has five CSFCs across North America and Asia.
