Harness acquires Split Software

Harness has entered into an agreement to acquire Split Software, a provider of feature management and experimentation solutions. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition will enable Harness to offer a feature management and experimentation solution that allows customers to build, deploy, and release software while running A/B tests, says Harness. The solution will be integrated into the Harness Software Delivery platform.

Cooley served as U.S. counsel to Harness with DLA Piper Argentina advising under Argentine law. Moelis & Company served as exclusive financial advisor, and Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian served as legal counsel to Split Software.
