Flashpoint raises $28 million Series C round

Flashpoint, a New York-based Business Risk Intelligence company, has closed a $28 million Series C funding round. The investment was led by Georgian Partners. Existing investors Greycroft Partners, TechOperators, Leaders Fund, Jump Capital, Bloomberg Beta, and Cisco Investments also participated.

Steve Leightell, principal at Georgian Partners is joining the Flashpoint board, which includes Ellie Wheeler, Glenn McGonnigle, and Brendan Hannigan.
