First Smartphone With Intel Inside Launches In India Today

The first smartphone with Intel inside launches in India today, brought by Intel and mobile handset makers Lava International. The phone costs approximately INR 22000 or around $500.

The XOLO X900 is based on Intel’s smartphone reference design featuring the Intel Atom processor Z2460 with Intel Hyper Threading Technology and supporting HSPA+ 3G connectivity.

The XOLO X900 is available for purchase to customers from Croma and Xolo.in. It will be available in other retail chains, general trade and online stores from early May.
