The Facebook platform now supports almost half a trillion API requests per day. The social networking behemoth announced a two-year stability guarantee for its core products and API versioning at the company’s annual f8 conference on Wednesday. “This means that all the work we do to support mobile apps with almost a billion people is available to every app on our platform,” explains Ilya Sukhar, co-founder and CEO at Parse, a company Facebook acquired last year.
