Facebook COO, CTO Sell Shares For Over $90M

Over the last week, Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg and CTO Michael Todd Schroepfer have sold a chunk of their Facebook stock, for a collective $94 million in payoffs.

Ms. Sandberg sold around 5 per cent of her total holdings, at $38.39 to $38.92 for roughly $91million. You can find a copy of the Form 4 (Statement of changes in beneficial ownership) filed with the SEC for Ms. Sandberg here. 

Mr. Schroepfer sold 90,000 shares for $38.16 for $3,434,400. You can find a copy of the Form 4 (Statement of changes in beneficial ownership) filed with the SEC for Ms. Sandberg here. Additionally, Mr. Schroepfer sold 150,000 shares on July 25 at $33.51 apiece, and 120,000 shares, at $34.40 on July 29, for a total of $9,155,088.
