Emergent awarded DoD software contract for Red Hat

Value-added reseller Emergent was awarded a five-year small business Department of Defense (DoD) Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI) contract for Red Hat subscriptions and services.

DoD ESI is an official DoD initiative sponsored by the DoD Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead in the establishment and management of enterprise Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) IT agreements, assets, and policies.
