East Coast Diversified Corporation (ECDC), through its subsidiary EarthSearch Communications, announced the execution of a definitive agreement and the acquisition of mobile application development company Rogue Paper. In other news, East Coast Diversified announced the addition of Robert Bohorad as Director of Sales and Business Development. Bohorad was COO for the Keystone Business Group prior to this.
