Former Motorola Mobility CEO Joins Dropbox As COO

Dennis Woodside, former CEO of Motorola Mobility, and president, Americas, is joining Dropbox as COO, from Google. Mr. Woodside will be its global business operations including sales, marketing, partnerships, user operations, and people operations, says the company.  

In another development, Dropbox has appointed Sujay Jaswa to as the company’s new CFO. Mr. Jaswa was the company’s first business executive, having joined the company in 2010.
