Dish Prevails Over In Court Over ABC

Dish Network was granted a legal victory over ABC, and will continue to offer subscribers the use of the PrimeTime Anytime and AutoHop features. The ruling was issued by Judge Laura Swain of the Southern District of New York, United States District Court.  

ABC and other broadcasters say Hopper infringes their copyrights.
