CrowdStrike is acquiring Preempt Security, a provider of Zero Trust and conditional access technology for real-time access control and threat prevention. The deal is pegged at $96 million.

The acquisition is expected to close during CrowdStrike’s fiscal third quarter, subject to customary closing conditions.
