Coupa Software has appointed Michelle Brennan to its board. Mr. Brennan most recently served as Global Value Creation Leader at Johnson & Johnson.

“Coupa’s focus on value drew me to the company, as it’s something I’ve championed my entire career,” Ms. Brennan said in a statement.
