Coupa Software has acquired Ann Arbor, Mich.-based AI-powered supply chain design and planning company LLamasoft, for $1.5 billion.

Based in Ann Arbor, Mich., LLamasoft’s technology is used by Boeing, Danone., Home Depot, and Nestle, according to Coupa.
