Consensus raises $110M

Lehi, Utah, and San Mateo, California-based Consensus, a company providing demo automation has raised $110 million.

Sumeru Equity Partners invested in the round.

Sumeru managing director and COO Randy Randleman and vice president Nathan Stanley will join the Consensus board, along with Sumeru managing director Jason Babcoke.
