Colleen AI raises $3.5M

Daytona Beach, Fla.-based Colleen AI, an AI-based platform optimizing payment collections for multifamily real estate business, has raised $3.5 million in seed funding.

Colleen’s funding round was led by Wilshire Lane Capital, with participation from Skybox Capital.
