San Diego, CA-based enterprise collaborative software company ClickUp has raised $35 million in a Series A funding round. The investment was led by Craft Ventures with participation from Georgian Partners.

David Sacks, co-founder and general partner of Craft Ventures, will join the ClickUp board.
