CipherCloud Raises $50M

Cloud security company CipherCloud has closed a $50 million round of financing. Transamerica Ventures led the round, joined by Delta Partners, and existing investors Andreessen Horowitz and T-Venture, the venture capital arm of Deutsche Telekom.
