Chorus, a San Francisco and Tel-Aviv-based startup that says it uses artificial intelligence and natural language processing to helps sales teams learn what to say to route them more quickly to a closed deal, has raised $6.3 million in its first round of funding. The investment was led by Emergence Capital.
Chorus is launching its flagship platform out of stealth mode after a year in development. Companies like Cisco Meraki, Marketo, Qualtrics and Talkable are working with Chorus to improve their sales conversations, says the company.
