Box Files IPO Documents With SEC

Cloud file-sharing service Box has filed IPO documents with the SEC. The number of shares to be sold and the price range for the proposed offering are still being worked out.

According to the Form S-1 filed by Box, the company has over 2.5 billion content interactions a month, with over 34,000 paying organizations, and 25 million registered users.

Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, and J.P. Morgan Securities will act as joint book-running managers for the offering, BMO Capital Markets will act as lead manager, and Canaccord Genuity, Pacific Crest Securities, Raymond James & Associates, and Wells Fargo Securities will act as co-managers.
