Cloud-based integration platform as a service (iPaaS) provider Boomi has appointed former Deloitte CIO Larry Quinlan as an independent, non-executive member of its board.

Mr. Quinlan currently sits on multiple boards, including those of ServiceNow and Jones Lang LaSalle, as well as UBS Americas where he chairs the Technology and Cyber Forum of the board, said Boomi in a statement.

Mr. Quinlan’s appointment comes after Boomi’s recent acquisition by private equity firms, Francisco Partners and TPG, in a $4 billion transaction.
