Bold Commerce, an ecommerce technology company, has raised $27 million ($35 million CAD) in a Series B funding round.

The round was led by Omers Ventures. Existing investors Whitecap Venture Partners and Round 13 Capital also participated in the investments.

Omers Ventures partner Laura Lenz will join Bold Commerce’s board, the company said in a statement.

Bold Commerce has headquarters in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, with offices in Winnipeg and Austin, Texas.
