Bitly raises $63 million

Link management platform Bitly has received a $63 million investment from Spectrum Equity. Bitly customers have collectively created over 32 billion links, according to the company.

Bitly was advised by GCA Global and Fenwick & West. Spectrum Equity was advised by Kirkland & Ellis.
