Battelle appoints Tim Ryan to board of directors

Battelle has elected Tim Ryan, Citi’s Head of Technology and Business Enablement, to its board of directors.

Since joining Citi in June 2024, Mr. Ryan has led the firm’s Technology and Legacy Franchise teams, focusing on process simplification and modernization. He is also a member of Citi’s executive management team. Before Citi, Mr. Ryan spent nearly 40 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

Mr. Ryan is a certified public accountant in Massachusetts and New York and a graduate of Babson College. He serves on the Board of the Brookings Institute and recently completed a five-year term as a trustee of the Financial Accounting Foundation.
