San Mateo, California-based managed SD-WAN company Aryaka has closed a $50 million Series F round of funding. The investment was led by Goldman Sachs Private Capital Investing, with participation from Trinity Ventures, Mohr Davidow Ventures, Nexus Venture Partners, InterWest Partners, Presidio Ventures, Third Point Ventures and DTCP.
Matthew Dorr of Goldman Sachs will join Aryaka’s board, while Michael Kondoleon will join as an observer, said Arkaya in a statement.
Aryaka has raised $184 million to date.
