Palo Alto, Calif.-based ArmorCode, a company specializing in Application Security Posture Management (ASPM) and Risk-Based Vulnerability Management (RBVM), has raised a $40 million Series B funding round.
The Series B investment in ArmorCode was led by HighlandX (Highland Capital Partners), and includes contributions from NGP Capital and existing investors Ballistic Ventures, Sierra Ventures, and Cervin Ventures.
HighlandX’s managing partner Corey Mulloy, is set to join the ArmorCode board following this investment.
ArmorCode has raised $65 million to date.
