Amdocs has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Mycom OSI, a UK-headquartered company providing SaaS-based cloud network and service assurance solutions, for $188 million in cash.

Amdocs’ board has approved the transaction. The transaction is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2022, and is subject to customary closing conditions.
