Allrecipes Acquires Food Wishes

Allrecipes.com, a Reader’s Digest Association (RDA) company has acquired Food Wishes, a food channel on YouTube created by Chef John Mitzewich. The acquisition adds one of YouTube’s largest, most viewed collection of how-to food videos to the Allrecipes.com stable.

Food Wishes’ content will remain on its YouTube channel as well as being brought to Allrecipes’ global audience of some 20 million home cooks through Allrecipes sites, mobile apps and Allrecipes.tv, a video-focused website launched in June 2010.
