Alex Pinchev Of Red Hat Joining As CEO Of Partner Company

Alex Pinchev, Red Hat’s executive vice president of Sales, Services & Field Marketing, will be stepping down on January 16, 2012, to become the chief executive officer of a data protection software company that is both privately held and an ecosystem partner of Red Hat.

Mr. Pinchev will actively assist Red Hat with the search and transition planning for his replacement.
